We conceived these spaces not as simple vacation rentals, but as refuges ready to embrace you.
Every corner has been reimagined and designed to be welcoming, with unique colors and furnishings.

A large apartment perfect for families or small groups of friends. Intimate and private, it features a full kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower.
The outdoor space is available for reading, working, or letting the children play.
Apartment for 6 people, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (can be joined into a double), 1 sofa bed, 1 bathroom with shower.
Equipped kitchen, TV, fridge, freezer, oven, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, independent heating, private outdoor garden with tables and chairs (in summer).
Apartment on the first floor, not suitable for guests with disabilities.

OLMO
The Olmo apartment is a two-room apartment with beautiful, warm light that permeates the living room and kitchen. The windows overlook the splendid surrounding valley.
Ideal for a couple seeking privacy or a small family.

Located on the ground floor and designed to welcome everyone with warmth and accessibility, La Quercia opens directly onto the outdoor porch.
It’s a comfortable, quiet, and peaceful apartment that will make you feel protected and pampered.
One-bedroom apartment for 4 people, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 sofa bed, 1 bathroom with shower.
Equipped kitchen, TV, fridge, freezer, oven, Wi-Fi, independent heating, covered outdoor porch with tables and chairs (in summer).
Ground-floor apartment, accessible for guests with disabilities.

Prices and House Rules
Daily Rates
- per person, per apartment, breakfast included: €55.00 per day
- per person, per apartment, without breakfast: €45.00 per day
- half board, supplement of €25.00 per person per day, including water and our own wine
Weekly Rates
- weekly rate for two-bedroom apartment (PIOPPO): €850.00
- weekly rate for one-bedroom apartment (OLMO and QUERCIA): €750.00
- our breakfast: €7.00 per person per day (€5.00/day for children up to 7 years old)
- half board, supplement of €25.00 per person per day, including water and our own wine
Check-out by 10 AM.
Linen is changed weekly.
Apartment cleaning and placing trash in the designated bins are done by our guests during their stay.
The pool is available to all our guests. Pool towels are not provided.
Breakfast from 8:30 to 10:30 AM with homemade products: cakes, tarts, jams, and yogurt we make ourselves.
Eggs and a savory breakfast (cheeses, cured meats, etc.) are available at an extra charge.
Pets are allowed with a €25 fee per stay, regardless of the length of the stay.
Cot available for children up to 4 years old: free the first night, then €5/day.
Children aged 4 to 12: 50% off the cost of the stay.
