Truffle Hunting
Truffle hunting in a truffle ground is a rich and enjoyable experience.
Unlike free-ranging hunts in the woods, a truffle ground is a carefully tended ecosystem, where symbiotic plants (such as oaks, holm oaks, and hazelnuts) create the perfect habitat for truffles to thrive.
With the nose of our dogs we will discover the hidden mushrooms, which will be delicately collected and brought to the table for tasting.
And, upon reservation, exploration of our truffle ground (5 euros/person), to discover the Umbrian Scorzone Truffle.
